Return Policy
Return through the local company, affix the return labels that you will find on the package upon return, if you have chosen the standard shipping method then you must send the parcel by national post and the cost is borne by the buyer (Europe only).

You have the right to return ONLY the ready-made products for a refund, within 5 days from the receipt of your original order.
All goods will be checked on return.
We will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.
When you return a product you do not have to tell us why you are returning it. You can return it to the address you will find in our contact details.
When we receive the product, we will give you a full refund for the product to your account.
You must return the product as you received it, with the labels on it and on the packaging.
Please note that some screens change the color of the product. Keep this in mind when selecting a product and test it on different screens if you can avoid mistakes.
If a customer wants special changes to the original design (resizing, adding details, adding collar, longer or shorter, changing sleeve design, etc.) we can do but we will not accept a return or exchange of the product.
At MP Furs, our goal is to offer you high-quality products that fully meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must not be worn, washed, or show any signs of damage.
It must be in its original condition, with all tags and the original product packaging intact.

Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

The return is made at your own expense, unless the product is faulty.
Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for products that are custom-made or have undergone customization.
Refunds:
Once the product is received and inspected, your money will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of receipt, in the same way the original payment was made.
Failed orders
If you try to order a product from our store and the transaction can not be processed, contact your bank and us.
Customs and Taxes
For all customers, we do not cover all customs and import duties. You will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
The transition period for the United Kingdom to leave the EU ended on 31 December 2020. This means that the United Kingdom is now officially a third country and EU law no longer applies there.
For customs purposes, the UK is treated like any other country outside the EU from 1 January 2021. In particular, customs procedures and formalities now apply to trade between the UK and the EU.
However, under the agreed protocol for Ireland and Northern Ireland, EU customs rules and procedures generally continue to apply to goods entering and leaving Northern Ireland.
